Motorcycle emissions tester system has started operation since 1998.Through the last 6-years,the system has been operating stably. In order to improve service efficiency and manage large number of motorcycle emissions tester, EPA originates this improvement project of quality management and auditing program. The main objectives of the project are: ˙Propose transfer plan of I/M management system local Environment Protection Bureau in future. ˙Establish motorcycle emissions tester system management and auditing. ˙Check the amounts of inspection and pay out correct quantity of rewards fee. ˙Collect real time data and execute statistic analysis. ˙Implement and maintain motorcycle emissions tester management information system and perform cost analysis. ˙Establish motorcycle emissions tester quality system and standard operation procedure.
